This Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is to be completed by all consultants and suppliers who contribute to research + DESIGN. It is a one-way or unilateral NDA, where Research Plus Design (Pty) Ltd with registration number 2016/484589/07, is termed the Discloser, and a consultant or supplier is termed the Recipient. Unless otherwise stated, all form-fields are required.

This Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) will be dated from Saturday 20th of April 2024.

Scope of this agreement

The Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is limited to the following four points:

1. The Discloser intends to provide confidential information to the Recipient for the purpose of a research and/or design project.

2. The Recipient undertakes to keep this confidential information private, and to not disclose it to any third party.

3. The Recipient will, on request from the Discloser, return all confidential information to the Discloser.

4. The undertakings in clauses 2 and 3 will be in effect for three years from the date of this agreement.
